Most Common Cases

Ankle Sprains and Strains

Ankle sprains and strains are often caused by twisting or rolling the ankle, stretching or tearing the ligaments (sprain), muscles, and tendons (strain). You experience pain, swelling and a limited range of motion

Fracture Management

Fractures involve a break in one or more ankle bones. These injuries can occur from high-impact activities or falls. Symptoms include severe pain, swelling, and difficulty walking

Tendonitis

Tendonitis is inflammation or irritation of a tendon. In the ankle, this typically occurs due to overuse or injury, leading to pain, tenderness, and mild swelling. The posterior tibial tendon, which runs along the inside of the ankle, is a common location for ankle tendonitis

Bunion

A painful bony bump that develops on the inside of the foot at the big toe joint. Bunions are associated with hallux valgus, a condition where the big toe drifts toward the smaller toes and the outside of the foot

Plantar Fasciitis

One of the most common causes of pain on the bottom of the heel. It occurs when the plantar fascia, a strong band of tissue that supports the arch of your foot, becomes irritated and inflamed

Hammer Toe

Are deformities most often occurring in the second through fourth toes. They cause the toes to bend to the side from the middle joint. It can cause you pain, discomfort, and limited range of motion in your affected toes, along with the development of corns, calluses, and difficulty finding proper footwear
